  • Diagnose service issues over the phone when possible to save a service call.

  • Complete service calls (never leaving work undone or systems inoperable).
  • Provide excellent after-hours service.
  • Make customers aware of relevant service issues, with return appointments made on-site.

Professional, Dedicated and Reliable Service

Integrated Systems service employees are thoroughly trained on all of the systems that we install. Our service department is also equipped to provide service on systems that we have not installed. We pride ourselves in this versatility that enables us to service, monitor, and maintain any system in service. Our service department personnel have an average of 7 years experience in the security business.

Our service department is staffed for scheduled service Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm as our normal working hours. We also offer emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are two on-call service technicians available for emergency service from 5:30pm to 7am Monday through Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. We use these "on-call" hours for non-scheduled service for customers who need immediate assistance to get their system back into working order.

During normal working hours our field-experienced service desk personnel can assist you with solving service issues or scheduling an appointment. After hours, knowledgeable central station operators enable you to reach the on-call technician in a timely manner.

Integrated Systems always stays up to date with our computers, software and all requirements of Underwriters Laboratories (U.L.). We test our in-house systems and back-up generators daily so we know our customers will be taken care of.
